Junior UX Designer


We are a fast-growing tech company in Medina, looking for a talented and creative Junior UX Designer to join our team. As a Junior UX Designer, you will work closely with our design and development teams to create user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to inform design decisions
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate the intended user experience
- Ensure consistency in design across all platforms and devices
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
- Communicate design ideas and concepts effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction or related field
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous UX design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch or Figma
- Understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate design decisions
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with Agile methodology
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development processes
- Experience working on mobile applications

Salary: 1600$

Location: Medina (Preference for Pakistani or African candidates)
