Speech Therapist


We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication and swallowing disorders. You will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating these disorders, utilizing various techniques and strategies.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to determine the severity and type of communication or swallowing disorder
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results and patient needs
- Implement evidence-based techniques and strategies to improve speech, language, voice, and swallowing skills
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Work closely with patients' families/caregivers to educate them on techniques for continued improvement at home
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide a holistic approach to patient care
- Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license/certification as a Speech Therapist in Lusail (or eligible for licensure)
- Experience working with individuals with communication or swallowing disorders preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families/caregivers, and other healthcare professionals
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1000$ per month.
