Administrative coordinator
Administrative Coordinator - Dukhan, Qatar
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$. As an English-speaking job, this role requires fluency in English and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have previous administrative experience and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee administrative duties for the company
- Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and meetings
- Maintain and update records and databases
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
- Handle incoming calls and emails from clients and partners
- Assist with visa sponsorship for international employees
- Support other teams within the company as needed
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or similar role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with visa sponsorship processes is a plus
