Gardener Supervisor

As a Gardener Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of gardeners in the city of Ar-Ruwais. Your main duties will include planning and coordinating garden maintenance tasks, ensuring the proper care of plants and flowers, and maintaining the overall appearance of gardens in residential areas.

You must have previous experience as a gardener and be knowledgeable about different types of plants and their specific care requirements. Fluency in English is preferred as you will be communicating with clients from various backgrounds. This position is open to Indian nationals with or without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate daily tasks for a team of gardeners
- Ensure the proper maintenance and care of plants, flowers, and trees
- Monitor the overall appearance of gardens in residential areas
- Train new gardeners on proper techniques for planting, pruning, weeding, etc.
- Maintain inventory of gardening tools and supplies
- Communicate with clients to address any concerns or requests

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a gardener or similar role
- Knowledge of different types of plants and their care requirements
- Ability to lead and manage a team effectively
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Physically fit and able to work outdoors in various weather conditions

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1100 per month. Free visa and ticket will be provided for successful candidates.
