We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all hotel departments, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance. This position requires excellent leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the hotel, including managing staff, maintaining guest satisfaction, and ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability.
- Ensure all departments are properly staffed and trained to provide exceptional service.
- Monitor guest feedback and address any issues or complaints promptly.
- Conduct regular inspections of all areas of the hotel to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards are met.
- Work closely with the sales team to attract new business and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Manage budgets and expenses effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure a cohesive working environment.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and hotel management software.

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1000$ per month.

Accommodation:
This position does not include accommodation.

Visa and Ticket:
Free visa sponsorship will be provided for this role. The company will also cover the cost of a round-trip ticket upon completion of one year of employment.

Nationality:
This job is open to all nationalities.

English Language Requirement:
Proficiency in English is preferred, but not required for this position. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Experience:
