Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist

As an Industrial Engineer - Process Improvement Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to streamline operations. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify inefficiencies in production processes
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and effective use of resources
- Analyze data and create reports to track progress and measure results of process improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to continuously improve processes
- Train and educate team members on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or process improvement role
- Proficient in data analysis tools such as Excel, Minitab, or Tableau
- Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies is preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and analytically
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Salary: 1300$ per month

Location: Lusail, Qatar (Preference for Indian nationals)

Employment Type: Contract (without accommodation)
