Administrative Assistant

We are hiring a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Medina. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff and ensuring efficient operation of the office. Your main duties will include managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports and presentations, handling correspondence, and maintaining office supplies. We are looking for a candidate who is proficient in Microsoft Office and has excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in an administrative role and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. This position is part-time with a salary of $900 per month and includes accommodation. A biometric passport is preferred but not required. This job is suitable for men with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
