Hotel Manager for Luxury Resort in Al-Rayyan

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the operations of our luxury resort in Al-Rayyan. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, with proven experience in managing high-end hotels or resorts. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, and overseeing all aspects of the hotel's daily operations.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and security
- Create and maintain policies and procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient operation
- Train and manage staff to provide exceptional customer service
- Develop strategies to increase revenue and improve guest satisfaction
- Monitor budget and financial performance to ensure profitability
- Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors
- Handle any guest complaints or issues in a timely manner
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote the hotel's offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach to management
- Proven track record of successful financial management and revenue growth
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
