We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Hotel Manager to join our team in Al-Rayyan, Egypt. As the Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including staff management, guest satisfaction, and financial performance. This is an ideal position for someone with a passion for hospitality and a desire to lead a successful team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily hotel operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning
- Manage and train hotel staff to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond promptly to any concerns or complaints
- Develop and implement strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue
- Create and maintain budgets, financial reports, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Foster positive relationships with suppliers, vendors, and local community members

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- No English language skills required
- Prior hotel management experience not required
- Must be willing to live on-site in provided accommodations
- Free visa and ticket will be provided by the company
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of managing budgets and achieving financial targets

Salary: 1000$ per month (tax-free)
