Junior Art Director
The Junior Art Director will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and produce visual designs for various projects. They will assist in the development of creative concepts and collaborate with copywriters, designers, and other team members to bring those concepts to life. This role requires a strong eye for design, attention to detail, and the ability to work within brand guidelines. The ideal candidate should be able to take direction well, have a passion for creativity, and be willing to learn and grow within the role. This is an entry-level position that offers on-the-job training and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop innovative design concepts
- Create visual designs for print and digital materials such as advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, etc.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and standards
- Assist in photo shoots or video shoots as needed
- Research industry trends and incorporate them into designs
- Work closely with copywriters, designers, and other team members to bring projects from concept to completion

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field preferred
- Strong portfolio showcasing design skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of print production processes
- Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to take direction well
- Passion for creativity and willingness to learn

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Medina, Saudi Arabia

Nationality: Pakistani

Language Requirements: Fluent in English

Experience: No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.
