Our accounting firm is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accountant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial principles and practices, as well as excellent analytical skills. They will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The role also includes assisting with budgeting and forecasting, as well as providing support for tax preparations. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a professional services firm. A biometric passport is required for this position.
Salary: $1600 per month (tax-free)

Responsibilities:
- Manage financial records and ensure accuracy of data
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to identify trends and variances
- Ensure compliance with accounting regulations and company policies
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes
- Support tax preparations by providing accurate financial information
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall financial performance
- Keep up-to-date with industry developments and changes in accounting regulations
- Provide guidance on cost-saving measures
- Maintain confidentiality of all financial information

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting, preferably in a professional services firm
- Excellent knowledge of financial principles and practices
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in using accounting software
- Familiarity with budgeting processes
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Effective time management skills to meet tight deadlines
