Wedding Planner

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the execution of the event itself.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Research and recommend vendors for various wedding services such as catering, venue, decorations, etc.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Manage budgets and ensure all expenses stay within the allocated budget
- Coordinate with the venue and vendors to ensure all details are in place for the event
- Oversee the setup and execution of the wedding day, ensuring everything runs smoothly
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or wedding coordination is preferred
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle unexpected situations calmly
- Creative thinking skills to come up with unique ideas for weddings
- Knowledge of different cultures and traditions related to weddings is a plus

Salary:
This is a full-time job with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Nationality Preference:
We are looking for candidates from Pakistan who have experience in event planning or wedding coordination.

Language Requirements:
Fluency in English is not required for this position.
