Long Haul Truck Driver


We are seeking a reliable and experienced Long Haul Truck Driver to join our team in Dubai. As a Long Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods across long distances, typically between different cities or states. This is a physically demanding job that requires driving for extended periods of time, often through various weather conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a heavy commercial truck to transport goods
- Plan routes and adhere to delivery schedules
- Perform pre-trip inspections of the vehicle and ensure proper loading of goods
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and other important data
- Communicate with dispatchers and customers regarding any delays or issues
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while on the road
- Handle necessary paperwork such as bills of lading and other delivery documents
- Keep the truck clean and well-maintained at all times

Requirements:

- Must be an Indian national with a valid UAE driving license for heavy vehicles
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a long haul truck driver in the UAE or similar country
- Good knowledge of safe driving practices and traffic laws in the UAE
- Ability to navigate using GPS systems and read maps
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects
- Strong time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in English
Salary: 1600$ per month + accommodation provided.
