UX Designer (Malayalee) - Part Time (Al-Rayyan)

We are in need of a talented, creative and experienced UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a Malayalee, you will be able to communicate effectively in English and bring your unique perspective to our projects. Your main responsibility will be to design user-friendly interfaces for our digital products, ensuring an intuitive and seamless experience for our users.

Key Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a UX Designer
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and process
- Proficient in using design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, etc.
- Experience in conducting user research and usability testing
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Ability to work part-time without accommodation
- Immediate availability is preferred

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and other designers to create intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our digital products
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors
- Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes and other visual assets
- Test prototypes with users to gather feedback and insights
- Continuously iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UX design
