Office Clerk
We are hiring an Office Clerk for our company in Dukhan. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks to support our office operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1500$. We welcome candidates from India who are fluent in English and have no prior experience in a similar role. Accommodation will not be provided, so we prefer candidates who are already residing in Dukhan.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and transfer calls to the relevant person
- Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail for delivery
- Maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems
- Update and maintain office databases and records
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
- Order office supplies and keep track of inventory levels
- Schedule appointments and meetings as requested by the management team
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Proven experience as an Office Clerk or similar role is a plus but not required
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong communication skills with a customer service attitude
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
Working Conditions:
This is a full-time contract job with working hours from Sunday to Thursday (8am - 5pm). Our office is located in Dukhan, so we prefer candidates who are currently residing here. The selected candidate will receive a salary of 1500$ per month.
