We are currently seeking an experienced and highly organized Inventory Manager to join our team in Jeddah. As an Inventory Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of inventory control, including purchasing, stocking, and tracking of goods. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with various departments within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures and policies
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained
- Forecast inventory needs based on sales trends and upcoming promotions or events
- Oversee the purchase of new products and supplies, negotiating with vendors for best prices and terms
- Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective actions
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in inventory management processes
- Train and supervise staff members involved in inventory control activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other inventory management software programs
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with different departments within the company
