Logistics Coordinator

We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our company located in Sharjah, suitable for male candidates of Indian nationality. This position will primarily be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of logistics, including transportation, inventory management, and supply chain processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate logistics activities including shipping, receiving, and storage of goods
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to meet customer demands
- Manage transportation of goods both domestically and internationally, ensuring timely delivery
- Negotiate rates with carriers to obtain the most cost-effective shipping methods
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities, including invoices, bills of lading, and shipping documentation
- Communicate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods
- Analyze logistics data to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics operations

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Knowledge of transportation regulations and procedures for both domestic and international shipments
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
