A reputable event planning company is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and organizing all aspects of weddings, from budgeting and venue selection to vendor management and day-of coordination. The ideal candidate will have experience in event planning, excellent communication skills, and a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for couples on their special day.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to understand their vision and preferences for their wedding day
- Develop detailed event plans including budgeting, timelines, and vendor contracts
- Source and negotiate with vendors to secure the best services and prices
- Coordinate with all vendors to ensure seamless execution of the event
- Manage all logistics including venue selection, transportation, accommodations, etc.
- Create seating arrangements and floor plans based on client's preferences
- Oversee all aspects of the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the planning process or on the wedding day
- Act as a liaison between clients and vendors to ensure clear communication
- Keep up-to-date with current wedding trends and incorporate them into events when appropriate

Requirements:
- Proven experience in event planning or wedding coordination
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of local vendors and venues in Jeddah is preferred
- Passion for creating unique events that exceed client's expectations

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month plus commission based on successful events.

Accommodation:
We provide accommodation for employees if needed.

Location:
This job is located in Jeddah but we welcome candidates from any nationality who are fluent in English. This job is also suitable for women who are seeking English speaking jobs in the event planning industry.
