Baker Assistant

We are looking for a skilled Baker Assistant to join our team in Dubai. As a Baker Assistant, you will work alongside our experienced bakers to assist in the preparation and baking of various pastries, breads, and other baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about baking and wants to gain hands-on experience in a professional bakery setting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with the preparation of ingredients and doughs
- Operating baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofers
- Measuring and weighing ingredients accurately
- Monitoring baking times and temperatures
- Assisting with decorating and packaging baked goods
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following all safety and sanitation guidelines

Requirements:
- Must be Pakistani national with own visa
- Fluent in Urdu or Punjabi (English proficiency is not required)
- No prior experience necessary - we are willing to train the right candidate
- Must be able to work on a contract basis (6 months)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
