As a baker, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods for our customers. This is a full-time position in our busy bakery located in the vibrant city of Dubai.

Responsibilities:
- Follow recipes and prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to established standards
- Operate baking equipment such as mixers, ovens, and proofing machines
- Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure quality products
- Decorate and finish baked goods with toppings or glazes as needed
- Maintain clean work area and adhere to food safety standards at all times

Requirements:
- No previous experience required; training will be provided on the job
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail
- Good physical stamina with the ability to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy trays or equipment
- Basic understanding of measurements and conversions for ingredients
- Excellent time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
