Job Title: Part-Time Administrator
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Part-Time Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining office operations by receiving and distributing communications, maintaining supplies and equipment, and supporting other staff members. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask, and at least 2 years of administrative experience. This position offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month and flexible working hours to accommodate your schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering incoming calls and directing them to the appropriate person or department
- Greeting visitors and providing them with necessary information
- Managing office calendars and scheduling appointments
- Maintaining office supplies inventory by checking stock levels, anticipating needs, placing orders, and verifying receipt of supplies
- Assisting with bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and expense tracking
- Organizing and maintaining files and records
- Assisting other staff members with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Proven experience as an administrator or in a similar role
