Accountant for Financial Planning and Analysis

The role of Accountant for Financial Planning and Analysis is a crucial position within our company, responsible for managing and analyzing financial information to support strategic decision-making. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for preparing budgets, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to improve financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare timely and accurate financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and variance analysis.
- Conduct thorough analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
- Develop annual budgets and forecasts in collaboration with the finance team.
- Monitor budget vs actual performance on a regular basis and provide insights to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop long-term strategic plans.
- Participate in the development of cost-saving initiatives and process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with all accounting principles and regulations.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience in financial planning and analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and regulations.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills in English. Knowledge of Malayalam is preferred but not required.

Salary: 1300$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Sharjah, UAE (open to all nationalities)
