Job Title: Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our growing team in Sharjah. As an Accountant, you will be responsible for managing financial records, preparing and analyzing budgets, and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in accounting, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently. You will also be responsible for preparing financial statements, conducting audits, and identifying areas for cost reduction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting operations including billing, accounts payable/receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and reports on a regular basis
- Conduct monthly budget reviews with department managers
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Identify areas for cost reduction and provide recommendations
- Conduct internal audits to ensure accuracy of financial records
- Assist with tax preparations and filings
- Monitor cash flow and manage cash balances to meet company's financial obligations
- Provide support during external audits

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance field
- Knowledge of accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Experience using accounting software is preferred

Salary: 1400$ per month

Contract job: This is a full-time contract position.

Experience required: Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance field.

Location: Sharjah, UAE.

Accommodation: This position does not include accommodation.
