Marketing and Advertising Manager

As a Marketing and Advertising Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective advertising strategies to promote our company's products or services. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute advertising campaigns across various media channels, such as print, digital, and social media
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and create targeted marketing materials
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop promotional materials and sales tools
- Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors for advertising services
- Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed to achieve desired results
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in advertising techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing or Advertising Manager
- Strong understanding of advertising principles and techniques
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing ideas
- Proficient in using analytics tools to track campaign performance

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in the Malayalee community or knowledge of Malayalee culture
- Familiarity with English speaking markets
- Previous experience managing contract jobs or freelance projects
- Ability to provide own accommodation or work remotely from Khamis Mushayt
- Valid visa that allows for employment in Khamis Mushayt
- Experience working with student populations
