Information Security Analyst - Ar Rass, Egypt


We are hiring an Information Security Analyst for a contract position in Ar Rass, Egypt. As an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information and systems from cyber threats. This role is perfect for someone without experience looking to gain valuable skills in the field of information security.

Key responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze security events to identify potential threats and vulnerabilities
- Conduct regular security audits of the organization's systems and networks
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends and technologies to recommend improvements to existing systems
- Respond to security incidents in a timely manner, conducting investigations and implementing remediation measures
- Provide training and support to employees on security best practices

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of information security principles, standards, and best practices
- Familiarity with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys
- Experience with network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and encryption technologies
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong communication skills
