Agronomist - Agricultural Research and Development Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Agronomist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Agricultural Research and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for conducting research, analyzing data, and implementing innovative solutions to improve agricultural practices and increase crop yield. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1800$ per month, along with accommodation provided.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting field trials, collecting and analyzing data to identify trends and patterns
- Developing new techniques for sustainable agriculture practices
- Collaborating with farmers, government agencies, and other stakeholders to identify challenges and propose solutions
- Monitoring crop growth and recommending appropriate actions for pest control, irrigation, fertilization, etc.
- Conducting soil analysis to determine nutrient levels and make recommendations for soil improvement
- Training farmers on new techniques and technologies to improve their productivity
- Staying updated on industry trends and advancements in agricultural research

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agronomy or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in agricultural research or development
- Knowledge of crop production techniques, soil science, pest management, irrigation systems, etc.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately
- Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Biometric passport is preferred but not mandatory
