Retail Sales Associate



We are seeking a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Jeddah. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, promoting and selling products, and maintaining the overall appearance of the store.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Operate cash register and process transactions accurately
- Maintain merchandise displays and ensure the store is well-stocked
- Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the store
- Handle customer complaints or inquiries in a professional manner
- Follow all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations
- Build relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Basic math skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
