Office Assistant (Pakistani or Malayalee)
We are seeking an organized and efficient Office Assistant to join our team in Sharjah. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing general administrative support to the office, including managing phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining office supplies. This position is open to Pakistani or Malayalee candidates who are fluent in English and have a valid UAE residence visa.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors and clients
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Respond to emails and other correspondence
- Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Schedule appointments and meetings
- Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
- Other administrative duties as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications as an Office Assistant or Secretary are a plus
- Proven work experience as an Office Assistant, Secretary, or similar role
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Must have a valid UAE residence visa
Salary:
This is a contract job with a salary of 1300$ per month.
