Job Title: Accountant for a Multinational Company in Dubai

A reputable multinational company in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accountant to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department
- Prepare financial statements, reports, budgets, and forecasts
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations
- Monitor cash flow and manage accounts payable/receivable
- Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
- Handle tax preparation and filing activities
- Assist with financial audits and provide necessary documentation
- Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Accountant in a multinational company
- Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or SAP is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
