Spanish Tutor


Position Overview:
We are in search of a highly motivated and experienced Spanish tutor to join our team in Medina. This position is open to applicants from all nationalities, with a preference for Pakistani and African candidates. As an English-speaking company, fluency in English is required. This is a full-time job opportunity with a competitive salary of $1200 per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct one-on-one or group Spanish tutoring sessions for students of various ages and levels
- Develop customized lesson plans based on the individual needs and goals of each student
- Provide feedback and track progress of students through regular assessments
- Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to engage students and make learning fun and interactive
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure a positive learning experience

Requirements:
- Native or near-native proficiency in Spanish language
- Bachelor's degree in Spanish, Linguistics or related field preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Spanish tutor or teacher
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with students from diverse backgrounds
- Passion for teaching and helping others learn
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Flexibility to work evenings or weekends as needed
