Insurance Sales Agent

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Sales Agent to join our team in Riyadh. As an Insurance Sales Agent, you will be responsible for selling insurance policies to clients and providing excellent customer service. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with potential clients to discuss their insurance needs and provide them with suitable policy options
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure retention and satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and develop strategies for reaching out to them
- Present insurance policies in a clear and professional manner, highlighting their benefits and coverage details
- Process policy applications, payments, and claims efficiently and accurately
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and changes in insurance products
- Collaborate with other team members to meet sales targets and provide support when needed

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Insurance Sales Agent or similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance policies, products, and services
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
