We are seeking a talented and creative Art Director to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual design and artistic direction of various projects. This includes conceptualizing and developing visual concepts, managing a team of designers, and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their design needs and objectives
- Conceptualize and develop visual designs for various projects such as advertising campaigns, brand identity, and digital media
- Manage a team of designers and provide guidance, feedback, and support as needed
- Ensure that all designs are aligned with the client's brand image and messaging
- Work closely with the production team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in design to bring fresh ideas to the table
- Present designs to clients and make necessary revisions based on feedback

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Proven experience managing a team of designers
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with clients and team members
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Medina, Saudi Arabia.
