Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Medina. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and chat. This is an English-speaking role, and we are specifically looking for candidates of Indian nationality.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and timely manner
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, and chat channels
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating information as needed
- Providing product information, promotions, and pricing to customers
- Assisting with order processing and tracking shipments
- Escalating complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution
- Building rapport with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and verbal)
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Must have own visa for employment in Medina

Working Hours: This is a full-time position with shift work required. Working hours will be discussed during the interview process.
