Indian Bank Teller (English Speaking) in Al-Khor, Qatar

We are seeking an experienced and customer-oriented Indian Bank Teller to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing various banking transactions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and other banking transactions
- Handle cash and checks carefully and accurately
- Explain bank products and services to customers and cross-sell when appropriate
- Maintain accurate records of daily transactions and balance cash drawers at the end of each shift
- Follow all bank policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Stay updated on industry trends, bank products, and services to provide the best possible service to customers

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field is preferred
- Minimum of 1 year working experience as a Bank Teller or in a similar role
- Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and performing transactions
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Familiarity with banking software and computer skills
- Must be willing to work flexible hours including weekends
