Night Auditor
Location: Doha, Qatar


As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of our hotel during the night shift. Your main duties will include reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and assisting guests with their inquiries. You will also be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and hotel premises during the night.

Key Responsibilities:
- Reconcile and balance daily financial transactions, including room charges, cash payments, and credit card transactions.
- Prepare accurate and detailed daily reports for management.
- Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Monitor hotel premises to ensure the safety and security of guests.
- Perform all necessary end-of-day tasks, including posting charges to guest accounts, running audit reports, and resetting systems for the next day's operations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in accounting or hospitality management is preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Strong numerical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills in English. Knowledge of additional languages is an asset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexible schedule to work overnight shifts.
