Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of warehouse operations in our busy logistics center in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have experience in managing a large warehouse team and possess strong organizational skills. This is a hands-on role that requires the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and shipping of goods
- Ensure inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and stock checks
- Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes to increase productivity
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff to maintain high levels of performance
- Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety regulations and conducting regular safety audits
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
- Analyze data and generate reports on warehouse performance for management review

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse management or similar role
- Proficient in English (written and spoken)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of inventory management software such as WMS or ERP systems
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
