Wedding Planner


We are searching for a creative and organized Wedding Planner to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of weddings, from initial consultations with clients to the actual event execution. Your main goal will be to ensure that every wedding is a memorable and successful event. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in event planning and must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month, without accommodation. All nationalities are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Suggest suitable venues, catering options, decorations, and entertainment for each wedding
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed timelines for all aspects of the wedding day
- Coordinate and oversee all elements of the wedding day, including setup, ceremony, reception, and breakdown
- Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise during the event
- Communicate regularly with clients throughout the planning process to ensure their needs are met
- Manage budgets and keep track of expenses for each event

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Wedding Planner or similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of wedding traditions, customs, and etiquette
- Familiarity with different types of weddings (e.g. religious, cultural)
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Experience in budget management is preferred
