Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute creative concepts for various projects
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project objectives and requirements
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work
- Oversee the production process from concept development to final deliverables
- Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines and meet quality standards
