Art Director

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and direction of artistic projects within our company. You will work closely with the creative team to develop concepts and designs that align with our brand vision and goals. Your role will involve leading and mentoring a team of designers, providing feedback and guidance on their work, as well as managing project timelines and budgets. Your creativity and attention to detail will be crucial in ensuring the quality and impact of our visual content. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, and a deep understanding of design principles. The ideal candidate will have several years of experience in art direction or a related field, a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, and a passion for creating engaging visual experiences.

Salary: 1600$ per month

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Graphic Design or relevant field
- Proven experience as an Art Director or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team
- Strong understanding of design principles and current trends
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams

Preferred:
- Prior experience working in a creative agency or similar environment
- Experience with video editing software
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS coding
