Sales Associate - Retail (Pakistani Nationals)



We are searching for a dynamic and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our retail team in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Pakistani national, you will bring your excellent communication skills in English and your experience in retail sales to provide exceptional service to our diverse clientele.

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a well-stocked and organized store environment
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
- Stay updated on product knowledge and promotions
- Handle customer complaints or concerns with empathy and efficiency

Requirements:
- Pakistani nationality preferred
- Fluent in English language, both written and spoken
- Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for processing transactions
- Must be able to work full time with flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
