Job Title: Business Coach for Multinational Corporation in Al-Khor


We are a multinational corporation based in Al-Khor and we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Coach to join our team. This role is open to both Pakistani and Egyptian nationals and does not require English proficiency. The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.

As a Business Coach, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to our employees to help them achieve their professional goals and improve their performance. You will work closely with our team leaders and HR department to identify individual development needs and create personalized coaching plans.

Our ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in coaching or mentoring in a corporate setting. You should have excellent communication skills, strong business acumen, and the ability to build rapport with people from diverse backgrounds. A degree in business or a related field is preferred but not required.
