As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the functioning of our company's information technology systems and ensuring its smooth operation. This is a contract position with a salary of 1300$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and systems to support the company's goals and objectives
- Oversee the day-to-day functioning of all IT systems, including hardware, software, networks, and servers
- Manage the IT budget and ensure cost-effective use of resources
- Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
- Stay up-to-date with new technological developments and recommend necessary upgrades to improve efficiency
- Ensure data security by implementing necessary measures and protocols
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance and support as needed

Requirements:
- Must be Malayalee national with fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an IT management role
- Strong knowledge of information technology systems, including hardware, software, networking, and security protocols
- Proven experience in managing budgets, costs, and resources effectively
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving goals
- Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail
