Junior Industrial Engineer


We are hiring a Junior Industrial Engineer to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, UAE. As a Junior Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting senior engineers in designing, implementing and improving production processes and systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in the field of industrial engineering.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior engineers to identify areas for process improvement and optimization
- Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement efficient production processes and procedures
- Assist in the design and layout of production facilities
- Conduct time studies and analyze work methods to improve productivity
- Monitor production equipment and identify opportunities for maintenance or upgrades
- Assist in training production staff on new processes or equipment
- Participate in project teams focused on implementing new systems or process improvements
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in industrial engineering techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on finding practical solutions
- Knowledge of production processes, facilities design, and equipment maintenance
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and AutoCAD software preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400 USD per month.

Location:
This position is located in Ar-Ruwais, UAE.
