Office Assistant - Part Time (Malayalee Preferred)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Al-Kuwait. As an office assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the office staff, ensuring smooth operations and efficient workflow. This is a part-time position suitable for Malayalees, with working hours that can accommodate students or individuals with other commitments.
Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to the appropriate staff member
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate department
- Managing office supplies and maintaining inventory
- Assisting with data entry, filing, and organizing documents
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars
- Providing general administrative support to the office staff as needed
Requirements:
- Fluent in Malayalam (spoken and written)
- High school diploma or equivalent education required
- Prior experience as an office assistant or in a similar role preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills required
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.
Location:
This job is located in Al-Kuwait, but applicants from other cities or countries are also welcome if they meet the requirements.
