English Tutor
We are hiring an experienced and dedicated English Tutor to join our team in Al-Khor. As an English Tutor, you will be responsible for providing private or group lessons to students of all ages and levels. Your main goal will be to help students improve their English language skills, including reading, writing, listening, and speaking. You will also be expected to create lesson plans, assess student progress, and provide feedback to students and their parents. The ideal candidate will have a strong command of the English language, excellent communication skills, and a passion for teaching. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1500$. Visa and ticket will be provided for non-local candidates. This job is open to all nationalities.

As an English Tutor, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Conducting private or group lessons according to the curriculum set by the company
- Assessing students' language proficiency levels and creating individualized lesson plans
- Teaching various aspects of the English language including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational skills
- Providing constructive feedback and guidance to students on their progress
- Communicating with parents or guardians about students' performance
- Utilizing different teaching methods and materials to make learning engaging and effective
- Keeping track of attendance records and maintaining accurate student records
- Participating in staff meetings or training sessions as required

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an English tutor or teacher
- Excellent command of the English language (native speakers preferred)
- Strong communication skills with the ability to adapt teaching methods based on students' needs
- Knowledge of various teaching techniques and resources
- Patient, empathetic, and passionate about teaching
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
