We are in search of a creative and detail-oriented Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and executing all aspects of weddings for our Indian clients. You must have experience in wedding planning and be able to communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. Fluency in Hindi or other Indian languages is preferred but not required. This position is suitable for men who are passionate about creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. Visa sponsorship is available for qualified candidates. This is a full-time role with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss wedding vision and budget
- Research and recommend vendors for venue, catering, decorations, etc.
- Negotiate contracts with vendors on behalf of clients
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all wedding events
- Coordinate logistics and oversee setup on the day of the wedding
- Manage budget and ensure expenses stay within the allocated budget
- Provide regular updates to clients on progress and any changes
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the wedding

Requirements:
- Proven experience in wedding planning or event coordination
- Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi or other Indian languages (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of local venues, vendors, and customs related to Indian weddings (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Event Management or related field (preferred)
- Valid visa for working in Jeddah (visa sponsorship available)
