User Experience (UX) Designer

As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for digital products. You will work closely with the development team to understand user needs and translate them into visually appealing designs. Your primary focus will be on improving the overall user experience by conducting user research, creating wireframes and prototypes, and conducting usability testing. You should have a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating innovative designs that enhance the usability of our products.

Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital products
- Conduct user research to understand their behaviors, needs, and preferences
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into design solutions
- Conduct usability testing to gather feedback and iterate on designs
- Use data-driven insights to improve the overall user experience
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in design or a related field
- Proven work experience as a UX Designer or similar role
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
