Administrative Manager in Al-Wakra, Qatar

As an Administrative Manager in Al-Wakra, Qatar, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and administrative tasks of our company. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1700$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely and efficient manner
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures to improve organizational efficiency
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth functioning of all operations
- Monitor budgets and expenses related to office supplies, equipment, and facilities maintenance
- Handle correspondence and communication with clients, suppliers, and other external parties
- Maintain accurate records of employee attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
- Manage visa sponsorship for employees as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Administrative Manager or in a similar role
- Fluent English language skills (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- Familiarity with budget management and basic accounting principles
