Industrial Engineer - Contract Position in Abu Dhabi



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team on a contract basis in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing our production processes and improving efficiency. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze current production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Design new production layouts and processes to increase efficiency
- Develop and implement quality control measures to ensure product consistency
- Conduct time studies to determine the most efficient use of resources
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and reduce waste
- Utilize statistical methods to monitor production performance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop cost reduction strategies while maintaining quality standards
- Train and mentor junior engineers on best practices in industrial engineering

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in industrial engineering role, preferably in manufacturing industry
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on findings
- Proficient in using industrial engineering tools such as time study, process mapping, etc.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles preferred
- Excellent communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements and cost reduction strategies

Salary:
1600$ per month (tax-free) on a contract basis.
