Agronomist - Crop Production Specialist (Pakistani and Malayalee Candidates Only)

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Agronomist - Crop Production Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This position is suitable for men who have their own visa and do not require accommodation.

As an Agronomist - Crop Production Specialist, you will be responsible for managing crop production on our farm, including planning, planting, monitoring, and harvesting. You will also be responsible for conducting soil analysis, implementing fertilization programs, and identifying and controlling pests and diseases.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage crop production activities on the farm
- Conduct soil analysis to determine nutrient needs and develop fertilization programs
- Monitor crop growth, identify potential issues, and implement solutions
- Identify pests and diseases affecting crops and implement control measures
- Ensure proper irrigation and water management for crops
- Supervise planting, harvesting, and post-harvest operations
- Maintain accurate records of crop production activities
- Train and supervise farm workers in proper crop production techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agronomy or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in crop production on a large-scale farm
- Strong knowledge of plant nutrition, irrigation systems, pest management techniques, and post-harvest operations
- Experience with soil analysis and developing fertilization programs
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills
- Pakistani or Malayalee nationality preferred

Salary: 1200$ per month

Location: Abu Dhabi
